crescent-i've heard horror stories about kids getting their park built on old tennis courts but actually building one this small is simply the city pissing in your kool-aid.(hope it's only phase one)

These are "excuse" parks. When the police harrass the kids for skating at their favorite street spot they give them the "excuse" that we built them a park and they don't use it!
I actually would like to a do a shitty skatepark tour sometime...and video tape it.

I like how in the third photo you can see the septic tank leakage all over the flatground stunt spot.

has anyone hard anything about the new park in bethany/yukon by overholser lake? I keep hearing it's concrete then modular then imaginary.
supposedly they've started working on it, but I went to scout it a couple months ago and couldn't find anything.
and Todd, you talkin' about Cheeseburger blowin it? Dude! I know, we're workin on it.
The two plaza style parks will be in OKC and should be done this summer.

On the last one you can see the proposed location for the park.
I hope they are not too boring...
